How to get measures

We offer a very wide range of sizes, from the smallest to large sizes. We work with custom designs and we want everyone to be able to take them. It is very important to look at the size well. We recommend not to take a larger size because Lycra fabrics should be tight to the body. Otherwise, they can create bags that may be unsightly.

Below we give you all necessary guidelines to learn how to take measures correctly: to know what your size would be, you must go to the product you want to buy and there you will find the file "guide of sizes" corresponding to that product.

CHEST:

Take the measurement around the chest with relaxed arms.

WAIST:

Take the measurement around the waist at the level of the navel.

HIP:

Take the measurement at the most pronounced height of the gluteus.

FRONT RISE:

Take the measurement from the shoulder next to the neck to the crotch just under the swimsuit.

LEG:

Taking the measurement from under the groin to the ankle. Is the long interior of the leg.

IMPORTANT: To take the measurements correctly, the person in question will do so in underwear or a jersey, never with heavy clothing that can give us incorrect measurements and help with a tape measure. This table is only valid for artistic gymnastics. Giomoda will not be held responsible if the measures have been taken wrongly.
